Digitization has had a disruptive impact on banks' core business operations. As a digital transformation consultant, you will apply your analytical skills to translate the digital strategies of leading organizations into meaningful change. By working in a high-performance team, you will assist clients to develop an overall strategy for digital transformation, promote the implementation of specific transformation initiatives, and review the results of transformation through quantifiable appraisal tools and develop corresponding optimization plans.

Your key responsibilities

• Help clients to solve enterprise-wide development issues by strategizing, redesigning organizations, transforming operations and processes, and improving business performance
• Work closely with our business consultants and clients in deriving insights from large data sets
• Assist our clients in modernizing end-to-end IT infrastructures
• Provide clients with high-quality delivery and explore potential business opportunities
• Develop solutions to complex problems

Skills and attributes for success

• Familiar with methodologies related to digital transformation, IT planning, data management and system implementation
• Curiosity toward cutting-edge technology
• Ability to write platform and system architecture planning and design materials

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A master’s degree or above
• Over five years of working experience, responsible for or participated in digital transformation or IT planning projects in the banking industry
• Experience in IT implementation
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and written, in Mandarin and English. Cantonese is a plus
• Willing to travel
• Proficiency in SQL/Python/VBA or equivalent data processing tools is a plus
