Liquidity Reporting Senior Analyst
for Intermediate
What you’ll do:
- Create and analyze various reports that detail important aspects of the bank’s liquidity position for the Central Banks, regulators and supervisory bodies
- Perform analysis of financial results and conclude cause of variances such as accounting issues and economic events
- Prepare the necessary adjustments to eliminate the potential data quality issues or to map missing products
- Produce metrics to senior management highlighting key issues and remediation status and maintain and enhance related operational and analytical procedures
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members, support the new developments, work closely with the Technology/Corporate Treasury/Business Analyst teams and provide sufficient level of analysis for strategical decision making
- Highlight potential improvements related to transactions, processes, reports, or procedures
- Follow up on new requirements/publications related to the liquidity returns
- Apply and develop controls and reports including reconciliations, static data and variance analysis and mapping reviews
- Understand the business movements driving the liquidity ratios
What we’ll need from you:
- 5+ years of related experience
- Regulatory Reporting/ Corporate Treasury/ Banking experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
- Ability to work with multiple functions
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience ( Legal degree i s a must given the exposure to the European Financial Regulators and their official procedures)
