You'll play an integral part in the sales lifecycle and support account Pre-Sales as a technology specialist. Guiding customers through strategic and technical aspects of their Cloud and Linode journey. In addition, you'll also be the thought-leader in cloud computing both outside and within Akamai.

As a Technical Solutions Architect Senior, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting Linode sales opportunities in LATAM as a Pre-Sales technology specialist and technical escalation point
• Driving customer success and continuous consumption of Linode, as part of the integrated account team.
• Leading solution and product innovation initiatives. Influence product roadmap with global product managers.
• Building technical thought-leadership in Cloud Computing/Linode to support overall Akamai business growth.
• Contributing to Pre-Sales SME enablement groups on Linode and public cloud technology stack

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience working in a customer facing technical role with a public cloud or cloud software company
• Possess multiple certifications from AWS/GCP/Azure, including professional architect level
• Demonstrate experience designing, developing, or maintaining multi-tier distributed application architectures including cloud-native, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud.
• Demonstrate problem solving skills, with the ability to create clarity from highly ambiguous customer requirements.
• Possess native language fluency (written and spoken) in Portuguese and advance proficiency in English.
• Have legal residence in Sao Paulo
