Description
Collaborate with partners, including business leaders, engineering teams, and end-users to gather and understand their requirements.Good understanding of End-to-End Recruiting processes, ranging from planing, formulating, posting, engaging, sourcing, screening, assessing, offering and hiringDraft requirements and user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and release plansStay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to help identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.Contribute towards continuous improvement of leading standard processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of HR technology product management experience, ideally in recruiting technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading implementations for in-house and cloud developed solutions in recruiting area
  • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools for measuring HR performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting design workshops with cross-functional and worldwide business partners
  • Thrives in ambiguous work environment. Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience delivering global, enterprise HR solutions that can scale
  • Experience evaluating solution options and formulating business cases
  • Experience creating effective business requirements
  • Ability to use data and analysis to stitch and drive decision-making
  • Drives change laterally across regions and organizations using influencing skills
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities, ability to collaborate with team members in a virtual setting.
  • Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) and HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
