B2B Operations: Onboarding, allocation and planning, order management
Order Life Cycle: From contract or PO confirmation to delivery and revenue recognition
Customer Support: Review, triage and ensure resolution of internal and external inquiries related to operations
Process and System Improvement: Take part in systems and processes transformation and improvement
Business Analytics and automation: Kick off and drive completion of special projects to improve productivity by eliminating unnecessary steps, creating dashboards or tools to facilitate the day-to-day operations, BEST PROCESS IS NO PROCESS
Systems: Learn about Tesla systems and how information flows across different platforms, troubleshoot discrepancies or bugs and liaise with Product Management team for permanent fix
What You’ll Bring
Currently enrolled in a Business Development, Business Operations, Business Analytics
Strong desire to take initiative, eager to learn, result-oriented and creative thinker
Self-starter who is goal-oriented, highly motivated, and able to follow and disrupt instructions
Ability to work independently, detail oriented, and execution focused
Proficient in MS Excel required; ERP/WRP systems, SQL, and data visualization programs such as Tableau/Power BI are preffered
