Key job responsibilities
- Work with Partners to set goals, develop a plan to execute these goals and measure progress on a regular basis.- Manage escalations and any other executive sponsorship activity between the Partners and AWS.
- Create and executive communication strategy for the Partner to amplify their credentials continuously.
- Run a scorecard with the Partner against the key performance objectives which have been set.
- Ensure that all opportunities which have been created are done so via Salesforce.com and updated weekly.Other responsibilities include:- These emerging Partners will be responsible for a specific pipeline creation and launched ARR goal.
- Run an operational cadence and scale mechanisms to promote the capabilities of these Partners.

- A balance of technical and analytical background
- Extensive sales and/or business development experience. Other requirements include:
- 10+ years of relevant sales and partner management experience
- Extensive channel and alliance experience in the ANZ market
- Degree/MBA in relevant disciplines with at least ten years of working knowledge of software development tech companies .
- Extensive channel and alliance experience in ANZ is an essential requirement to be successful in this role.
- Experience working within the enterprise software industry is highly desired, especially in the virtualization, cloud or enterprise software spaces.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Exposure to and experience is developing channel programs to deliver sustainable revenue.
