- Design, develop, and optimize ground breaking test systems to ensure exceptional quality and reliability in high-volume production environments.- Partner with APAC vendors to deploy, sustain, and enhance advanced test solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency in production workflows.- Leverage data insights to assess performance, identify trends, and drive scalable system improvements aligned with production goals.- Manage key initiatives, coordinating multi-functional efforts to drive measurable outcomes and deliver innovative solutions.
- BS / MS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in hardware testing, sensor technology, or related fields.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB) with ability to adapt to others.
- Strong expertise in debugging, root-cause analysis, and system optimization.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English to collaborate effectively with local vendors and global teams.
- Experience designing or supporting test stations for hardware or sensor applications, ideally in consumer electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of sensor technologies (e.g., optical, capacitive, acoustic, MEMS) or related testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with vendor collaboration or on-site technical debugging, with flexibility to travel within China or across Asia 3–5 times per year for up to two weeks per trip.
- Effective collaboration and leadership experience in managing multi-functional engineering teams.
- Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., JMP) for performance analysis and quality optimization.
