Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a formal account management, technical program management, client service or management consulting role.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams and customer bases.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience engaging and managing vendor partnership/engagements, with a focus on Data Center operations/infrastructure.
- Experience working within a complex organizational setting (e.g., PMO, geographic dispersion, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to present materials to a range of partners on both technical and non-technical matters.
- Excellent communication, project and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in Data Center operations.
