Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting and full-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
- 2 years of experience in the execution of technical recruiting or related technical experience.
- Experience leading projects, solving complex problems and delivering impact.
- Ability to manage customer relationships, consult customers, and work in a large-team environment.
- Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
