Description
- Act as project leader to oversee a variety of projects, interface with factories and manage on technical and quality.- Plan, develop and implement technical procedures for FPCA manufacturing process and quality requirements.- Establish guidelines, Standard Operating Procedure & Best Known Method for manufacturing process & quality control.- Manage NPI projects and build, improve quality and efficiency, to ensure seamless transition to mass production.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science fields.
- Minimum 3 years quality or process engineering experience in electronic industry.
- Be proficient in using process & quality tools like: SPC, MSA, FMEA and etc.
- Willing to travel to support manufacturing builds & resolve hot issues. Able to relocate and onsite support critical NPI/sustaining projects as necessary.
- Good communication, problem solving and presentation skills.
- Good team-player and independent, able to work under fast pace, committed and result orientated.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master Degree or MBA is a plus.
- 5~10 years' experience of engineering, design, manufacturing, NPI, engineering program management, quality or supplier management in electronic industry, SMT /assembly experience and managerial experience.
- Familiar with quality management methods like 6 sigma, reliability test, failure analysis methodology and etc.
- Work with multiple functional groups, shown strong leadership.
- Passionate & highly independent individual, good discipline, responsible and trust worthy.
