• Bachelor's Degree AND extensive experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent skills, and/or practical experience
• Extensive experience in a software development, technical program management, or a similar role delivering platform or service features.
• Experience with driving compliance areas in a software development setting.
• Experience reading and/or writing/creating documentation/specifications/project artifacts.
• Experience in software development or dev-ops.

Primary Responsibilities:

• You will define architecture and technical requirements for our cloud-based velocity platform.
• You will work in a fast-paced technical environment with engineering leaders across Microsoft.
• Help identify and deliver against program Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by coordinating the team’s strategy and tactics.
• Partner with stakeholders and contributors to define the plan for each release and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver per plan.
• You will drive progress as part of agile development practices.
