Responsible for defining, prioritizing, and estimating the work generated by scrum team to ensure the most valuable outcomes
Collaborate with partners and customers to co-develop product roadmaps and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
Responsible for coordination between cross-functional teams (DevOps, Architects and other Scrum Masters) and assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and collaboration
Act as the Scrum Master or Agile Coach of client agile teams in single implementation project or as part of larger digital transformation programs
Coach EY and client teams in using Agile ways of working and scrum practices
Conduct Agile Maturity assessment and develop Agile Transformation roadmaps for clients, based on Agile at Scale frameworks
Build and maintain a high performing, self-organizing, dynamic team(s)
Ensure scrum team achieve their objectives keeping the team focused on their goals and end-user satisfaction
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
Identify impediments and provide appropriate issues escalation to the necessary levels as required
Report on the status of delivery using agreed reporting metrics
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment
Support Product Owner/Manager in backlog management and refinement
Key Requirements:
Passion to provide subject matter expertise in the design, planning and implementation of strategic transformational initiatives for our clients
Scrum Master (PSM) or any other relevant Scrum and/or Agile at Scale certifications
2+ years’ experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in an Agile at Scale environment
Consolidated knowledge and application of agile methodologies (e.g., Scum, Kanban) as well as Agile at Scale methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Agile at Spotify, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums)
Knowledge and experience in support tools for agile methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Experience in designing Agile models, blueprints, and Agile Transformation roadmaps
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentations
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexibility in adapting your approach to meet the needs of the client and/or your team(s)
Proven track record of delivering products that are digital solutions with a user-first mindset
Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments
