The position involves 8 weeks of training: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30 Kyiv time (GMT+2).Options for working hours (Kyiv time, GMT+2) are as follows:

1. Shift 1:18:30 - 03:00 from Sunday to Thursday
2. Shift 2:21:30 - 06:00 from Sunday to Thursday or from Tuesday to Saturday

• Investigating player-reported game issues and responding to users’ questions

• Processing bug reports and creating technical reports

• Cooperating with the development, testing, and game design teams

• English language skills (written and spoken) at the upper-intermediate level or higher

• Fluency in Ukrainian

• Interest in games and an understanding of game mechanics

• Effective communication skills and understanding of customer communication principles

• Time management skills and the ability to multitask

• A laptop or PC and the ability to work during power outages

• Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit for Ukraine

• MMORPG gaming experience

• Knowledge of software testing and a deep understanding of the principles of bug report creation

• Cooperation under a gig contract
