To support adidas Vietnam’s Membership and Brand Activation efforts through seamless execution across retail and digital touchpoints. The role ensures integrated campaign delivery, legal compliance, and member engagement through activations and experiences aligned with adidas Brand standards.
(To be performed in alignment with global, regional & local guidelines)
Retail Activation
- Manage end-to-end execution of retail activation strategy and planning, focusing on local campaigns and commercial moments (holiday, sales period, etc.).
- Coordinate with Retail, Brand, and agency partners for store-level activation implementation
- Ensure on-ground campaign execution is consistent with brand guidelines and local opportunities
- Work with regional Legal to ensure compliance documentation for all retail activities
- Support quotation, invoice, and liquidation processes for campaign projects.
- Evaluate post-campaign performance and share key learnings for continuous improvement
Digital Activation
- Support campaign briefing and execution across website, mobile app, CRM (newsletter, app push), and paid media requests
- Coordinate with regional creative, digital activation, paid media, and eCom teams to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Monitor digital activations to ensure alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives
- Manage campaign performance reporting and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure all digital activations meet brand and legal compliance standards
Membership
- Lead the execution of key membership moments such as adiClub Days and brand campaign-linked activations
- Operate adidas’ internal tools (e.g. GET Event) to manage, track, and report member engagement benefits (raffle, exclusive experiences, etc.)
- Ensure smooth coordination across Retail, Digital, and CRM teams for integrated member journeys
- Work with regional Membership and Legal teams to ensure compliant, high-quality activations
- Track, measure, and optimize member engagement through campaign performance insights
Requirments:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Retail Activation, CRM, or Membership program management. Preferably in sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands (retail or agency side)
- Microsoft Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint – Intermediate to Advanced
- Strong adaptability to internal digital tools (CRM, project management, reporting systems)
- Fluent in English
