- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science , and an MBA or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams with 10+ members.
- Proven experience in people management , including hiring, staffing, performance evaluations, and managing team expectations.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving successful, complex programs .
- Experience working in business organizations, managing cross-functional stakeholders , and negotiating solutions.
