Join the Infatuation, a division of Chase Dining, as an Martech Platform Management Analyst, responsible for supporting the management of our data collection & measurement through martech and digital analytics platforms.

Job Description

As a Martech Platform Management Analyst in the Data and Analytics organization, you will be a key member of the Chase Dining Analytics team. You will be responsible for supporting the management of our martech and digital analytics platforms; maximizing our platform capabilities to enable data collection and measurement; and providing technical knowledge and support to stakeholders. To achieve this, you'll support the design, implementation, quality assurance and maintenance of our data collection strategy and other related processes. You will report to the Manager, Martech Platform Management and partner directly with Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to support event tracking, data management, and communication needs across our web and mobile app experiences.

You will work directly with tools such as Segment, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA), Parsely, Amplitude, Braze, BigQuery and more.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the management of our martech and digital analytics platforms, such as Segment, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Parsely, Amplitude, Braze, and more.
  • Support the delivery of our data collection strategy, gather business requirements, design and write technical solutions, and conduct ongoing quality assurance and data governance.
  • Partner closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure all features and campaigns launch with measurement and instrument our customer data platform journeys.
  • Partner closely with our product, marketing, and data engineering teams to manage our data as an integral part of our ecosystem ensuring efficient and scalable technical solutions are designed and implemented.
  • Maintain close relationships with our vendors to stay up to date on platform evolution, to ensure we follow best practices and to maximize our return on investment.
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide training to support internal knowledge sharing.
  • Communicate effectively between technical and business stakeholders, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and be the subject matter expert for all things digital analytics and martech.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Knowledge of how martech platforms are managed/implemented on both web and native mobile platforms.
  • 6+ years experience working on martech and digital analytics implementations.
  • 6+ years experience working with at least one digital analytics platform (i.e. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics). Must include experience designing and writing tracking requirements, debugging and testing implementations.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Must be comfortable working with advanced functions.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Supreme and proven attention to detail with the ability to manage both your own and stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Experience with customer data platforms (i.e. mParticle or Segment)
  • Proficiency with SQL and querying datasets
  • Experience with visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation (Tableau preferred)
  • Basic skills with JIRA, Confluence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Cloud (AWS, Snowflake) based data solutions and tools
