Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Recruiters and senior Talent Attraction professionals to identify and engage candidates for roles in CESA.
- Utilize a range of sourcing tools to assist in identifying potential candidates and building a talent pipeline.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process by providing information about EY’s vision, culture, and values.
- Screen applicants from the ATS for current opportunities and document preliminary interviews to share with hiring teams.
- Support the development of talent communities and assist in managing referral campaigns.
- Gather and analyze basic market data to support decision-making in sourcing strategies.
- Participate in regular meetings with Recruiters and stakeholders to align on targets and objectives.
- Assist in the creation of candidate marketing materials and techniques.
