: Develop recipes to model complex optical applications and optimize tool performance.
: Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineers, leading and coordinating remote/local troubleshooting.
Customer Focus: Support beta installations at customer facilities and pay attention to customers’ requirements. Ensure smooth implementation and functionality. Focus mainly on TSMC and potentially other Taiwan based customers.

Travel is required. Worldwide if necessary.

: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 4 years of industry experience. MS degree in related engineering fields such as optics, materials science, and microelectronics is preferred.
: Experience as a technical specialist or application engineer in high-tech products is advantageous. Matlab/Python experience is a plus.
: Previous experience in product training is beneficial.
: Exceptional organizational, analytical, project management, and self-leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
: Dynamic personality with superb communication and interpersonal skills. Strong inclination towards interacting with people and working effectively with different cultures.y: Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
