You will be supported by a mature and very well experienced Team of Sales- and Solution Advisory experts.

The primary purpose of the CX Senior / Expert Solution Sales Specialist is to achieve their overall revenue goal by helping companies become relevant in the market and deliver a differentiated customer experience. To achieve this goal, the Senior Solution Sales Executive must create a complete territory business plan that generates their quota in pipeline opportunities.

  • Work with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals
  • We can position and present the CX portfolio to our current or potential customers, identifying the ideal use case to translate the solution into tangible value for our customers.
  • Work with the Regional Team to attract target accounts to position our capabilities and develop strategic projects
  • Lead Strategic Account Plan sessions for Targeted Customers, identifying Strategic Priorities, Power Map, and action plan for sales execution
  • Work with the Ecosystem to open doors, influence and position our Capabilities
  • Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment using a cross-channel strategy: Industry Team, Ecosystem, Digital Sales, Marketing, Media
  • Develop new references in the market to continue expanding SAP CX market share
  • Execution and discipline based on our Sales Franchise for Success Methodology

Experience & Language requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions. Ideally, knowledge of CX Solutions
  • Experience in the following areas:
    • Sales, Pre-Sales, Services or Solution/Product Management
    • Project management experience, including business process transformation and re-engineering
    • Experience managing complex customer engagements
    • Customer relationship management, sales, and sales team expertise in license, cloud or services domain
    • Commercial experience, incl. developing account management plans and contract negotiations
    • Experience selling to CXOs
    • Proven track record in target achievement

Account & Territory Management

  • The CX Senior / Expert Solution Sales Specialist is responsible for sales coverage on his territory, including demand generation activities, account management strategies, and engagement and expansion plans to ensure profitable growth within these customers.
  • The CX Senior / Expert Solution Sales Specialist creates and maintains a comprehensive view of assigned accounts or their territory through proactive account planning and aligning customers’ business strategies to product, solution, and partner road mapping.
  • CX Senior / Expert Solution Sales Specialists are responsible for defining hunting strategies within their greenfield territories to acquire new accounts or expand our CX portfolio into our installed base.

Building Account Relationships

  • Develops trust and deep relationship with customer stakeholders, account key decision makers and executive sponsors by establishing regular cadence of interactions.
  • Advocates for and becomes the Voice of the Customer within SAP; understands competitive threats and utilizes proper escalation channels to help customers during times of need.
  • Promotes customer community by driving participation in customer events (VIP and LoB-specific sessions, Reference Program, etc.).
  • Drives customer references; pushes for reference stories across accounts.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Multilingual capability is an advantage depending upon region; minimum is local language (Polish) + English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
