Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting, and 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
- 2 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence applications (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or pattern recognition), applied machine learning techniques, or using OSS frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience building ML solutions and developing applications using AI frameworks.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building with Generative AI tools and techniques to solve business problems in particular conversational workloads.
- Experience with contact center technologies and platforms and building conversational applications.
