In your role as Recruiting Manager, you will have many responsibilities, including :• You are directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all hiring in the India Market• You are the key interface between Market and Regionally dedicated Recruiting resources, defining the roadmap with a market view, and delivering a localised strategy• You join Talent Planning efforts in India Market for Leadership talent• You lead Operational Planning in partnership with MD/ML and People partners, to build workforce planning, readiness tracking and recruiting strategy• You are the Market expert on the talent landscape, including local labour and industry trends, and the unique attributes and cultures within the India Market• You define an exceptional candidate experience, for internal and external talent• You own the interview process, assessment, and feedback loops for internal and external Leadership hiring• You partner deeply on Internal Leadership Movement efforts, including candidate prep• You lead a matrixed team of resources, direct and indirect, to deliver localised plans and strategies for the India Market• You work with Stores Leadership and People partners to define appropriate resourcing strategies• You align with Non-Leadership Recruiting, and support those partners on their sourcing & recruitment efforts• You facilitate the process, communication and mobility of field leadership talent (including repatriation) through partnership with Apple’s Global Mobility team• You measure performance through reporting and analytics in order to support talent decisions in the market, and drive continuous improvement• You coach and build Stores’ Leadership capability in candidate assessment and selection• You leverage tools, systems and best practices to teach others about recruiting at Apple• You support and lend expertise on the use and integration of new Recruiting innovations and technologies into your market• You stay globally minded and widely connected, to support current needs and future opportunities• If applicable, you manage a Leadership Recruiting resource in his/her process, performance, and partnership to the business.
  • Deep Recruiting functional expertise, ideally in Retail Recruiting and/or executive search
  • Experience in managing and/or coaching highly skilled teams, and leading them through complex and strategic efforts
  • Proven success implementing and leading People programs, initiatives, tools, and processes
  • Mastery of communication skills, including negotiation and cross functional
  • Based in-Market with the Stores you support
  • Occasional overnight travel required
