Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

1 .Rountine corporate law compliances such as Board meetings, AGMs, commitee meeting, updation of statutory registrations and annual filings with MCA, icnluding XBRL

2. Event based compliances - Incorporation of company and LLPs, LO/BO/PO set up, shifting of RO, Authorised share capital increase/change, Alteration of MoA, AoA etc.

3. RoC filings

3. FEMA compliances and filings

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

0-2 years post internship, in corporate secretarial and advisory domain
