Client satisfaction will be your ultimate goal in this role. As a customer service representative, you will be on the front line serving our customers. You’ll be the technical resource and point person interacting with clients, vendors, and senior management, to identify and resolve complex technical problems. If solving problems and helping others succeed excites you, let’s talk!– Students enrolled in the last year of High School in Public Schools or Scholarship holders with completed high school;
– Young people with complete secondary education in public schools, as long as they are not enrolled in higher education;
– Young people with low family income (since the Young Apprentice Program is a Social Program to contribute to the inclusion of young people in the job market);-Be available to work from 9 am to 4 pm. If you are in high school, be enrolled in night shifts.
