As a here at Honeywell, you will play acrucial role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives and optimizingprocurement processes. You will be responsible for identifying cost-savingopportunities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timelydelivery of goods and services. Your expertise in strategic sourcing andsupplier management will contribute to the overall success of our procurementfunction. You will report directly to our Sr Director, Strategic Sourcing and you'll workout of either our Tempe or Phoenix AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of ourprocurement operations, driving cost savings and ensuring the availability ofhigh-quality goods and services. KEYRESPONSIBILITIE

• Identify and implement strategicsourcing initiatives to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings.
• Conduct market research and supplierevaluations to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms andconditions.
• Manage supplier relationships,including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services, meeting quality andcost requirements.
• Develop and implement procurementstrategies to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply.
• Monitor market trends and industrydevelopments to identify opportunities for process improvements and costsavings.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in strategicsourcing or procurement.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor'sDegree in business, procurement, supply chain, finance, or technicaldiscipline.
• Strong data analytics usage (MSExcel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc…) and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supplier managementand contract negotiations.
• Experience in a manufacturing orindustrial environment, specifically Aerospace.
• Knowledge of procurement bestpractices and industry trends.
• Certification in procurement orsupply chain management.
