Responsibilities
- Design/code performant and intuitive UI solutions.
- Ensuring Engineering and Operational excellence of the UI components and related middleware.
- Works with PM on identifying and measuring business goals in product usage
- Works with PM in backlog grooming and prioritization of stories
- Compare, contrast and prioritize alternative approaches to meet business objectives
- Run regular A/B tests, gather data, perform statistical analysis, draw conclusions on the impact
- Explore new technology shifts
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS with 6-8 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with BFF Pattern
- Knowledge on browser telemetry
- Proficient in Redux or any other state management framework
- Knowledge on Analytics (segmentation)
- Proficient in Object oriented Javascript
- Good on React Testing library
- Good on Performance improvement using Lighthouse
- Knowledge on Webpack
- Strong mentoring skills. Able to influence and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work with global teams across time zones
- Excellent communication skills. Communicates succinctly to all levels of employees, customers and management (including executives)
- “Self-starter” attitude and the ability to make decisions independently
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
