POSITION OVERVIEW:
A Product Launch Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful introduction of new products to both local and international markets. Their key functions include:
- Strategy development
- Coordination
- Project management & performance monitoring

Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Develop and refine the product launch strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create detailed product roadmaps, setting clear goals and milestones for the launch
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, and design teams to ensure cohesive execution of the launch plan
- Facilitate communication between departments to align on product vision and objectives
Project Management
- Oversee the product development process, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Manage risks and resolve issues that may arise during the launch process.
- Track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of the product launch.
Desired Experience/Education/Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in veterinary science, Animal Health, Biotechnology, Business administration or related fields.
- Experience: 05 years of experience in animal health industry and minimum 3 years of project leader. Experience in exporting product to China and be familiar with GACC and MARA registration is a plus.
- Strong leadership : capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving them towards common goals
- Strong communication skills: essential for coordinating with various teams and stakeholders
- Project Management expertise: Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
