Job description:
- Interacts with other technical personnel, principally within the assigned division, to develop a network of resources (laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, sales, and marketing) to facilitate completion of assignments.
- Performs test method ruggedness studies and may recommend improvements to test methods or develop new test methods. Documents results, observation, and conclusions in technical notebooks (or approved electronic files) and prepares reports to communicate results to appropriate personnel.
- Provides input to project planning process. Participates in quality systems and process audits. Participates as team member; able to lead teams of small project scope. Provides consulting of quality/statistical nature.
- Develop inspection methods to analyze and improve product quality
- Implement a strategic plan to protect customer and to improve quality system and standardize a procedure
.Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline required
- English communication is mandatory (writing, reading, listening, speaking).
- At least 3 years in working experience.
- Logical thinking and statistical analysis skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Good computer skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking and good problem-solving skills
