The contract is initially for 12 months and may be extended upon mutual agreement.
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
Support LATAM operations manager on driving country Key Performance Indicator process including planning and target setting, reporting through dashboards, tracking trends, forecast analysis and opportunity identification, driving results and process improvements.
Interact with our field sales team to get insights on business results or trends for current year and beyond.
Drive process discipline (example sales CRM)

Strong analytics: Accurately gathers, verifies, and manipulates data in a timely manner.
Detail and process orientation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Identifies problems and root causes, improves things that're not working.
Works well and collaborates with others to achieve quality results
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and orschoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum Qualifications:
Pursuing bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Advanced English level.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent English and Spanish
Experience with Power BI or any Data visualization or analytics tools.
Experience in working with data management and reporting activities (Pivot Tables, Excel Formulas).
