Key responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate sales and proposal activities from planning to submission, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance requirements, under the leadership of Americas based team,
- Support proposal development by writing, editing, and tailoring non-technical content, including resumes and project descriptions, in collaboration with subject matter experts,
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams, subcontractors, and partners, including scheduling and leading key meetings,
- Manage proposal logistics and production , including document formatting, checking Client’s websites, graphic integration, and submission preparation (both electronic and hard copy),
- Drive process improvement by identifying issues, suggesting enhancements, and ensuring strategic differentiators/win themes are reflected in final deliverables;
