Your key responsibilities
- Support the Sustainable Procurement Lead in conducting comprehensive ESG supplier assessments, audits, and supplier relationship management.
- Collaborate in the coordination and execution of global ESG risk assessments.
- Innovate and refine the Sustainable Sourcing Framework to guide EY sourcing activities effectively.
- Assist in evaluating the ESG components of RFP responses and supplier onboarding processes, including deep dive assessments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and standards to ensure EY's practices are compliant.
- Contribute to the consolidation and creation of detailed sustainability reports, emphasizing global and regional initiatives.
- Support the organization and delivery of Responsible Sourcing Week and other educational events for suppliers and EY staff.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in sustainability or procurement are advantageous.
- Global mind and high level of cultural awareness.
- Strong team player with ability to work collaboratively, virtually and independently as part of a team at regional and global level.

Ideally, you’ll also have
- Proficient at Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentation creation.
