Principal Researcher – Generative AIlead efforts onthe advancement ofGenerative AI andLarge Language Models (LLMs) technolog. As aPrincipal Researcher – Generative AI, you will play a crucial role indeveloping, improving, and exploring the capabilities ofGenerative AI modelstechnologies, advancingandproviding practical solutions to real-world problems.

Our ongoing research areas encompass but are not limited to:

• Reasoning and inference-time compute strategies

• Action models for automating web and computer tasks

• Learning and memory for agentic AI systems to enable themto evolve and adapt over time

• Orchestration and multi-agent systems: automated orchestration between multiple agents incorporating human feedback and oversight

• Evaluation andUnderstandingof model and agent capabilities

• Doctorate inComputer Science orrelevant field AND3+ years related research experience

• OR equivalent experience.

• Research programdemonstratedbypublic artifacts like models, tools, code in AI space orpublications at the following conferences:NeurIPS,ICML, ICLR, ACL, NAACL, CVPR,COLT, ECCV,

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate inin Computer Scienceor relevant fieldAND5+ years related research experience

• OR equivalent experience.

• Experience publishing academic papers as a lead author or essential contributor in the field of Artificial Intelligence

• Demonstrable ability to define an ambitious, original research agenda
