Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital demand generation strategies to drive qualified traffic and leads.
- Analyze website traffic data and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Ability to analyze traffic performance to determine optimal mix to achieve revenue KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the engagement team to ensure alignment between traffic generation and experience improvement initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure seamless lead handoffs.
- Partner with product teams to prioritize new capabilities needed to drive traffic growth by creating business cases that showcase ROI.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Proven track record of successfully driving traffic and generating leads through digital channels.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to executive leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc.).
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to present performance and complex problems or solutions to executive leadership.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven and customer first mindset.
