Responsibilities

• Develop automation sequences using – Automation Anywhere, A360 to design, develop, and deploy automation to clients globally in collaboration with teams as an individual contributor.
• Support the project lead in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored AA workflows that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes.
• Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new AA Workflows and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to clients by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
• Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process as well as problem-solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
• Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process
• Knowledge on Power Platforms – Power Automate Desktop will be an advantage
• Direct and manage Project/ Pilot/ POC development from beginning to end, onsite or offsite and work collaboratively with software engineering to develop/deploy our systems
• Works with internal and external IT teams to resolve issues on the infrastructure in Installing and configure Control Room, bot agent etc.
• Assists the BOT support team to monitor bot runs on Automation anywhere and resolve production issues. Monitors the windows infrastructure (terminal, application, control room, web servers, etc and related services).
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and customer in a timely and clear fashion. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
