Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming credit requests reviewing forcompleteness/accuracy,and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities
  • Analyze/evaluate credit reports as well as coordinate and follow up on actions plans, implementations, and related defects
  • Maintain an executive document to track all request, changes, and action plans performed on credit reports
  • Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports and contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings
  • Prepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors
  • Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information
  • Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedence
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience required
  • Experience in credit operations or similar position
  • Knowledge of the processes, procedures and systems
  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domain
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • El Analista de (Quality & Control Support) es un puesto a cargo para realizar análisis, monitoreos, revisiones desde el punto de vista de control/operativo y conocimientos aplicables a las políticas institucionales, ejecución de controles, valida documentación, información, manejo de sistemas; ADMWIN, CIP, Citi, Screenig, ondeman,CX, así como herramientas como Excel, word, Power Point y revisión de documentación soporte a actividades.

    Responsabilidades

  • Análisis y creación de Instrucciones de Trabajo.
  • Identificar, analizar y resolver problemas clave de los controles asignados
  • Ejecución de controles y Mejoras a líneas ARCM.
  • Validación de documentación de controles.
  • Manejo de sistemas operativos.
  • Pruebas de sistemas.
  • Documentación y actualización de SMLD,s (Convenios de Servicios).
  • Atender solicitudes de facultades.
  • Conocimiento básico de políticas corporativas.
  • Ejecución de controles de EUC
  • Educación
  • Licenciatura/título universitario o experiencia equivalente

    Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia relevante.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office.
  • Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Habilidad para analizar datos y resolver problemas.
  • Habilidades comprobadas de organización y gestión del tiempo.
