WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be joining the North America Dick’s Sporting Goods Partnership Transformation team, leading digital and in-store consumer experience strategy and execution on the
Team Sport. You will work with x-functional teammates in the MPU, such as
Merchandising, Partner Marketing, Sales, Planning, and our NA Field of Play GM’s.
•Lead and develop online and in-store consumer experience strategies and
execution for key fields of play at Dick’s Sporting Goods
•Obsess the consumer to grow market share and deliver revenue at Dick’s
•Partner closely with the DSG Merch, Partner Marketing, and Sales teams to help
sell in product based on the end in mind consumer experience.
•Strong understand of the way the consumer navigates the shopping journey and
moves through the decision tree to purchase.
•Someone that is dynamic and thrives in ambiguity as our roles are always
developing based on seasonal/ annual shifts in priority.
•Embraces challenging conversations with external partners – agencies and

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing retail elevation strategies for the Nike
consumer experience online and instore with Dick's Sporting Goods. From researching
shopping behaviors, piloting new retail concepts, scaling proven concepts, to working
with our Digital & Service teams, you’ll work cross-functionally to bring the best of Nike
to life in our Partner doors:
•Align strategy to MPU Strategy and Priorities

•Adopt and adapt retail excellence principles to win with seasonal & seasonless
•Translate consumer insights into actionable consumer journey experiences
•Become the marketplace expert to lead the ideation and creation of consumer-
right experiences to deploy in our marketplace
•Foster a test & learn approach, together with MPU Team and Field of Play Teams
•Results-orientation: set up initiatives for success by ensuring they are focused
on the right KPI’s and then help track and deliver against them
WHAT YOU BRING
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience
and training
•6+ years of retail experience (building and implementing CX concepts).
•Mid-large fleet, marketplace partner experience
•A strong understanding of the sport consumer, shopping behaviour’s, retail
•A track record of implementing a test and learn offense
•Pre-emptive problem solver, with an ability to assess an issue and develop
action steps for resolution
•Able to work as part of a matrix, with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
towards a common goal
•Shown ability of adapting to change in business needs or direction.
•Ability to travel 20%
