Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in hands-on software development roles across various technology areas, including (but not limited to) front-end development, back-end development, data, and AI.
- 5+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
- Demonstrated experience of leadership with extreme ownership, empowering people, removing barriers for teams, and fostering effective engineering teams.
- Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams, functional groups, and divisions.
- Proven track record of collaboration with engineering teams across multiple regions and time zones, preferably North America and India.
- Comfortable working on all tiers of modern applications, from the front-end all the way to the database and strong exposure to Enterprise Java platform, Spring Framework, ReactJS. Experience with PHP, AWS, or Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies
- Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap with strong business acumen.
- Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders.
