Critical Targets to meet:

Transformation to Agile, CI/CD,DevOps, and standardization of practices with appropriate tools /
dashboards / metrics (effort, schedule, cost, revenue, defects)

Schedule, Cost, and Effort Compliance: Phase gate compliance, revenue Say / Do, Sprint and PI Say/Do and continuous improvement in product/KPIs

Agile: Expert on Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum / SAFe), CI&CD, DevOps; catalyst in transforming organizational culture to bring in agility & predictability in delivery

Project Management: Plans and executes project as per PI planning; drives estimation, dependencies, milestones, and integration goals. Understanding of product roadmap and business acumen will be advantage

Problem Solving: Follows a structured problem-solving approach; demonstrates agility and alacrity in execution and decisions

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in Engineering, or Masters in Math / Science / Computers, with 12-15 Yrs. of experience

4 – 8 yrs in project lead or responsible for technical delivery. Preferable: hands-on exposure to enterprise grade web, cloud and desktop applications delivery

Experience in execution with Agile CI / CD, Cyber Security, exposure to roles such as Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer / Release Train Manager preferred

Exposure to tools such as Jira or equivalent, VS, BitBucket, CI&CD , Visio, and all Office Tools

Desired Certifications: Azure certified Solution Architect
