Keyresponsibilities:

• Support sales representatives through commission calculations, ensuring timely payout approvals and payment processes.
• Create, enhance, and maintain channel scorecard dashboards for clear visibility.
• Generate and deliver channel performance reports to stakeholders.
• Develop additional reports and dashboards as required for effective decision-making.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, Salesforce, SAP, and Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau) to compile and present information effectively.

Key requirements:

• Educated to a minimum of University Degree level or equivalent on the job experience
• Fluent in English and ability to communicate with people whose secondary language is English
• Strong analytical and data management skills. Excel proficiency is a must
• Finance/Business Analyst background/experience in sales or channel support
