2+ years of Industry experience.
Linux, AIX & Windows administration skills
Knowledge of scripting languages to automate daily task
Basic knowledge on Computer Networks (protocols)
Basic knowledge on IT Security (patch management, vulnerabilities, threats, risks, exploits, etc)
Very good written and verbal communication
Fluent in English
Problem Determination skills
Ability to take leading role in Critical Situation resolution
Ability to work within a virtual cross-functional team (teaming being an essential part)
Strong communication skills, ability to explain complex technical information in a form consumable by non-technical people and an ability to drill down to customers requirements
