Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationsihps with key clients, industry partners and stakeholders. act as the primary point of contract for major accounts and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, logistics, and customer service teams to enusre alignment in delivering value to custmers and addressing any challenges.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management. Use insignts to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on new business development in China exporter market and Taiwan.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth in competitive markets.
Strong understanding of cultura nuances and business pratices in China and Taiwan.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English; additional languages are a plus.
