In this role, you’ll:

• Learn about the Compliance Management System within a Global Company
• Support with record management efforts regarding training statistics
• Assist in the design and establishment of new and updated courses that translates into learning how courses are developed and managed
• Coordinate monthly metrics and prepare management dashboard reports
• Assist with projects, research and managing data
• Opportunity to influence new courses
• Development of knowledge of SAP's Learning Management Systems
• Use own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team

• Must be a current University student
• Fluent in English and an additional language preferred but not essential
• Quick learner, adaptable and able to use own initiative
• Organization & time management skills are essential with the capacity to multi-task
• Team player, proactive and responsible approach to customer support
• Quality driven with excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
• Interest in advanced technology solutions, such as PowerBI or Artificial Intelligence
