Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience working with the online advertising industry or AdTech.
7 years of experience in a people management capacity.
Experience partnering/working with cross-functional stakeholders in an organization translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree.
Experience with digital marketing, measurement analytics or related domains.
Ability to influence team strategy with data-driven proposals.
Excellent project management, people-management, leadership skills and investigative capabilities.
