Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in developing and implementing manufacturing test strategies and optimizing test processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in manufacturing test and program management.
- Experience in hardware test debugging, troubleshooting, Capital Expenditure (Capex) optimization, and failure analysis investigation.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with international Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) partners to mass produce consumer electronics products.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights, strategies and plans.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently to manage stakeholders in the region.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, as needed.
