- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with statistical data analysis, data mining, and querying (e.g., SQL).
- 3 years of experience managing analytical projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with statistical packages (e.g. R, Python, etc.)
- Experience working across multiple teams to bridge qualitative and quantitative insights to triangulate insights across teams.
- Knowledge and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends and measurement, statistics and program evaluation.
- Knowledge of converting complex analyses into data driven narrative which includes presenting them across different media.
- Ability to translate analysis results into business recommendations.
