What you'll do:
- Create the program structure and shared alignment with the program team across Walmart on vision, business goals, program, and secure cross-functional teams dependencies' commitment.
- Lead executive committee meetings with key stakeholders to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues
- Provide on-going visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) to all stakeholders.
- Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent program teams from delivering on program outcomes.
- Manage new and existing technologies integration
- Create a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, speed, innovation, and learning.
- Be a thought leader who can help accelerate the capabilities delivery and challenge others to change.
What you'll bring:
- 10+ Years of Program Management Experience leading complex SaaS platforms
- Strong experience with Enterprise Agile Program Management
- Demonstrated ability to build strong x-functional relationships
- Exceptional and concise verbal and written communications skills
- Skilled in Data-driven, objective analysis and decision making
- Ability to manage large, complex programs in an Agile environment
- Comfortable presenting to and persuading multiple stakeholders from front line associates to business and Global Technology Executives
- Comfortable in a fast paced, growing environment
- Demonstrated ability to rationalize ambiguity
- Quantitative or engineering background is preferred
- Platform Experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - preferred
