Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 3+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
    • OR Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 5+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of program management experience, confident partnering with Senior Leadership and subject matter experts.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • 10+ years of program management experience, confident partnering with Senior Leadership and subject matter experts.
  • 7+ years demonstrated experience in leading complex projects from start to delivery, with a broad array of skills to ensure high-value, end-user focused outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of SME&C and MCAPS roles and business priorities.
  • Experience designing and validating learning programs, including curriculum frameworks and skills assessments.
  • Resilient, with a Growth Mindset, able to navigate a fast-changing environment and iterate quickly on potential solutions.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills – known as a great communicator with the ability to synthesize the complex.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or experience commensurate with job expectations for this position is required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of SME&C onboarding programs for MCAPS, executing through program/project management excellence.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and learning professionals to design, validate, and evolve onboarding curriculum for all priority roles.
  • Develop and implement a streamlined curriculum design framework that ensures onboarding journeys are efficient, scalable, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Drive the validation of skills for all priority roles, integrating assessment and feedback mechanisms to ensure readiness and capability.
  • Represent SME&C customer-facing roles in new and existing virtual onboarding programs, differentiating curriculum and experiences for maximum learner impact.
  • Develop and maintain strong communications and relationships across your business partners and stakeholder community.
  • Automation & AI Agentic Integration: Leverage automation tools and AI agentic experiences to streamline onboarding workflows, personalize learning journeys, and enhance learner engagement and productivity.
  • Drive innovation and experimentation into onboarding programs to achieve high levels of engagement and efficacy with our learners.
  • Be data-driven, focusing on metrics and learner experience in decision-making and shaping the learner journey.
  • Embrace uncertainty, take risks, and learn quickly from mistakes while looking to achieve more through technology and innovation.
