Your key responsibilities:

• Support the audit strategy, planning, execution and delivery of audit engagements.
• Actively establish and maintain relationships with clients.
• Coordinate communication between the clients and the audit team.
• Execute complex assurance procedures.
• Anticipate and identify risks, escalate issues as appropriate.
• Coach, engage and supervise the performance of junior colleagues.

Skills and attributes for success:

• At least three to four years of relevant work experience – external audit experience is an advantage.

• Practical knowledge of the entire audit process.
• Familiarity with current auditing techniques and IFRS accounting standards.
• Understanding of risk-based auditing and risk and control strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Excellent time management, analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
