This role' acts as a single-threaded-leader responsible for solving challenges that are architectural in nature with no strategy defined. This position is expected to operate independently. As part of this, to understand problems effectively, this role requires the ability to identify risks and opportunities in technical strategies, architecture, and engineering organizational structure. This position is be responsible for making tradeoff decisions around extending current frameworks versus establishing new architectures. This role is also responsible for writing technical proposals, getting alignment from stakeholders, and then constructing design documents for transition to development teams to execute.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and mange a technical roadmap across multiple systems and programs.
- Understand internal system technologies and the interaction from upstream dependencies. Apply this knowledge to invent, evolve, and improve, defect prevention and reconciliation.- Manage communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and needs aligned.
- Amplify your impact by educating less experienced Technical Program Managers and engineering communities on program management best practices.

- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 7+ years of technical program management experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 7+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing system.

- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
