The Associate Product Analyst is an entry level position responsible for assisting in the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team.The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.Responsibilities:

  • Help to develop product requirements and conduct market readiness evaluations during testing phases to ensure product quality and performance goals are met
  • Participate in cross-functional teams designed to resolve business issues related to technology projects with significant business impact
  • Participate in technology projects for small product enhancements and minor customizations
  • Serve as point of contact on product customization projects and influence decisions through advice, counsel, and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization
  • Document new products and/or changes to existing products, ensure smooth business implementation during launch process, and prioritize and validate potentially dynamic material from multiple sources
  • Assist in overseeing product life cycle including market demands, technology trends, and competitive field
  • Apply knowledge across product marketing and contribute to the development of new techniques and improvement of processes and workflow for the product marketing function
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of different systems, theories, and practices relevant to a function
  • Practical experience of multiple business cycles
  • Knowledge of industry and competitor products/services
  • Working knowledge of strategic direction of the function within the business as well as a solid conceptual/practical grounding in function and/or area of expertise
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated project management skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsabilidades:

  • Búsqueda y contacto inicial de contacto de negocios afiliados al programa de Meses sin Intereses
  • Envío de contrato/carta/convenio al negocio afiliado para la remediación del contrato previamente firmado
  • Recepción de comentarios (en caso de tenerlos) y envío al área correspondiente para su análisis
  • Envío de versión final de contrato/carta/convenio al negocio afiliado para solicitud de firma autógrafa por su representante legal
  • Recepción de contrato/carta/convenio firmado y solicitud a la Gerencia de Producto para firma interna
  • Digitalización y envío de documento final con firmas de ambas partes al negocio afiliado
  • Control interno de toda la documentación firmada y pendiente de firma.
  • Seguimiento por correo o sesiones de trabajo con los negocios afiliados para esclarecer dudas
  • Generación de estatus de negocios por persona y en equipo

Se requiere:

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en rol administrativo
  • Habilidades de análisis y atención a detalle
  • Habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente, facilidad de palabra
  • Organización y autogestión
  • Manejo office
