In this position...

• You will lead a team of 20+ experienced technical professionals to ensure Ford Credit products and services meet our customer’s expectations.
• You will work closely with Software Engineers, Product Owners, SREs and Change Management to guide new features from inception to release, instilling a quality mindset and improving team velocity
• You will own QA/QE governance and standards, develop a test data management strategy and define and execute end to end test scenarios.
